These terms govern your use of Taji, the software, and the website and waitlist at taji.is and app.taji.is. Taji is the operator. By using them you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
The beta
Taji is an invite-only beta, provided as-is. It may change or stop at any time. Invite codes are personal to you.
No investment advice
Taji is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or exchange, and gives no investment advice.
Your orders
- You are solely responsible for every order placed through the software, including orders placed by your AI agent or your strategies.
- You are responsible for complying with your brokerage's terms.
- Trading risks loss.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for your own trading. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits. Taji's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid Taji in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time. You may stop using Taji at any time.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute is heard in the state and federal courts in California.
